Once onboarding is complete you will gain access to a significant amount of proprietary material. This information will not be shared anywhere beyond your work at Othership.
You will not "represent" Othership outside the physical house without getting approval from your Lead Guide.
We will honour you and give you the tools to grow within Othership.

Crew Pass Booking Policy

Crew Unlimited Pass Policies
Grace Periods
No wiggle room for grace cancellations or no-shows. Late cancels and no-shows will be noted as penalties.
Cancellations
Cancel within the 12-hour window.
Booking Window — Standby Policy
Paying guests take priority. Staff cannot be placed on the MT Standby List.
Late Cancel / No Show Fee
A $35 fee applies for late cancels or no-shows.
Friends + Fam Pass
The same policies apply.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Required reading before going floor-ready.
At Othership, we hold space for deeply personal experiences. As a Guide, you are trusted with sensitive information and intimate moments. This trust is sacred.
Your Responsibilities
Everything shared in the space stays in the space.
You may not share guest experiences, names, or personal details outside of Othership without explicit consent.
Proprietary training materials and class scripts are confidential.
Photography and video of guests requires explicit consent.
Social media posts referencing Othership must be approved by your Lead Guide before posting.
Breaches of Confidentiality
Any breach may result in immediate offboarding. When in doubt, check with your Lead Guide first.
Code of Conduct
Othership's standards for every guide, every shift.
Being a Guide at Othership is a privilege. These standards exist to protect the experience — for Journeyers, for your crew, and for yourself.
Professionalism
Arrive on time, changed, and ready to punch in at your scheduled start.
Communicate proactively if you need to drop a shift.
Your phone stays out of the session space during shifts.
Guest Experience
Every Journeyer deserves a world-class experience, every single time.
Issues with guests are escalated to the Ship Captain.
Safety
Your CPR/AED certification must be valid at all times while working on the floor.
Know the emergency protocols for your location before your first shift.
